Who won't anymore
And who always will
So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future. Give this to everyone you don't want to lose in 2009 including me, if that's what is in your heart.
I am currently renovating/restoring my 1918 catalog home. I've been working on it for a year and progress is veeerrryyyy slow, but I love the work and can't wait to realize my vision. Til then, I am doomed to a life of plaster under my fingernails and sawdust in my hair... :)
When I am not sanding things (LOL) I can usually be found messing around with my computer, whether it be working on some freelance consulting stuff or procrastinating on Yuwie. In the summer I like to do outside stuff - landscaping and gardening, camping, hiking, mountain biking, running, playing with my dogs. In the winter, I prefer to hibernate.
Sports:
I enjoy a good NHL hockey game.
Music:
Way too much stuff to list. I am a Britpop girl from way back, so anything along those lines, old or new, will usually be a winner. But I'm pretty eclectic, and you're likely to find at least one song I like in any genre, though I prefer my music to have a guitar :)
Movies:
I rarely watch movies. I have some kind of attention deficit/narcolepsy thing that causes me to fall asleep during movies - even during action movies at the theatre. The last movie I saw and liked was Hot Fuzz, but I have a crush on Simon Pegg, so there you go.
TV:
I don't have cable so I don't watch any TV these days. I have a satellite dish in the garage but have to figure out how to hook it all up. I do download some shows I can't live without - Eastenders!! I also like other British shows including Peep Show, Shameless, Spaced, The Office, The Smoking Room, Extras, anything similar that grabs my attention...

Lots of folks. My mom is one tough lady, if I had to pick only one it'd be her, hands down.
