| CHRISTMAS MESSAGE DROM THE PASTOR | On this Holy Day of our Lord's Nativity, let us take time to reflect on the goodness of God in sending His Divine Son, born of a virgin by the power of The Holy Ghost., to be God with us ... Emmanuel. We see the new King born in a stable lying in a manger with Mary, His mother, and Joseph, His Foster Father, kneeling in adoration. For this child is the Son of God, The Messias, sent to redeem mankind after the fall of our first parents, to open Heaven for us. Think of it. The Second Person of The Blessed Trinity, humbling Himself to be born of The Virgin Mary who gave Him His humanity, in a stable in Bethlehem with animals for company. Then the shepards came to adore Him and then The Three Kings from The Orient. He was born to die for us thirty-three years later on the Altar of the Cross to redeem us. What love He had and still has for us in establishing His Church for our salvation. How much He loves us! As you assit at Holy Mass, Today, His birthday, give Him your love. Let it be your Christmas present to Him.

 | Thanksgiving Feast | Attend Fr. Bolduc's Annual Thanksgiving Feast ... on Thanksgiving Day ... of course :) ... November 27th, 2009. As usual, Fr. Bolduc officiates at the late morning Mass with a feast following prepared by Father's family members. You and your/the immediate "world" are welcome :) You are not expected to pay or bring anything to attend; for years, this event has been a tradition of Fr. Bolduc. While there, you may want to observe Father's herd of buffalo on the 300 acre farm the church sits upon. Please advise if wishing to attend and/or wishing more information.

 | PRAYER FOR THE POOR SOULS OF PURGATORY | Pope Pius IX declared by reciting the following prayer five times on a Friday, we free five souls from purgatory and thirty-three souls on Good Friday.
The prayer should be recited before a crucifix with contrite heart; praying a few moments for the the poor souls of purgatory:
I adore you, oh glorious cross, which was adorned with the heart and the body of my Savior, Jesus Christ, stained and covered with blood. I adore you, oh holy cross out of love for Him, Who is my savior and my God.

 | An Easter Message from the Pastor | An Easter Message from the Pastor
My dearly beloved faithful ... we celebrate today that great victory over sin and death by this feast of the glorious Resurrection of Christ Our Lord, the greatest feast of Our Holy Mother The Church, for, "This is the day which the Lord hath made: Let us be glad and rejoice therein." Christ, by His death and resurrection from the dead has given us the greatest proof of His divinity as the Son of God, the second person of The Holy Trinity. Not only did He raise others from the dead through His divine power, but also Himself on that glorious Easyer Morning. By His death and resurrection, He ransomed us, redeemed us from the slavery of sin inherited through our first parents. He gave us back our eternal destiny by opening Heaven to us, which was closed because of Original Sin. How much He loved us and still loves us! By dying on the altar of the cross and establishing His Church, we become members of His Mystical Body by being baptized into His Church. We are then able to partake of all the graces He merited for us by His passion and death; especially the graces we receive when assisting at The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and receiving Him in Holy Communion, may these graces from Our Risen Lord gain for us our eternal salvation, so that like Him we may be raised up in glory on the last day.

 | PRAYER FOR FINANCIAL AID | Know that thou art our loving Mother, mindful not only of our spiritual but likewise temporal necessities, I come to thee, O Virgin Mary, with submissive and humble heart, beseeching thee to assist me in my present financial worry. Due to unseen circumstances, I am in dire need and financial embarrassment, unable to pay my honest debts. I ask not for wealth, dear Mother, if possession of it is not in accordance with the holy will of God. I merely beg for the assistance which will enable me to satisfy my pressing obligations. I believe, dear Mother, that thou art the Queen of Heaven and Earth, and that thou hast acquired by virtue of thy wonderful dignity, a sweet jueisdiction over all creation. I believe that thou art not only rich and bountiful, but extremely kind and generous to all thy loving children. I plead with thee the, dear Mother, to obtain for me the help I so urgently need in my present financial difficulty. I thank thee, dear Lady, and promise to publish far and wide the marvels of thy glorious intercession. Amen.
