MEMBERSHIP MANAGER (MM) Create a team of 50 or more active members and train and guide them to become MM’s themselves. Membership Managers are advised to upgrade to elite membership for at least 3 months to ensure smooth navigation to the website. also, the elite upgrade is symbolic to filter the serious applicants from the not-so-serious ones (serious applicants are, of course, given the highest priority). MM’s should be able to follow instructions and dedicate at least 3 hours per business day and work on the different advertising medias around the internet (eg. social networks, classifieds sites, blogs, forums, etc.). MM applicants who cannot upgrade to elite can still do the job, only, on a much slower pace. Regular and Elite members can both reach their goals. Elite members though, reach their goals faster. Strong posting teams are usually contracted by the Unit Owners and lure them to their units. APM’s should be able to communicate with his/her team on a daily basis and assign each of them to work on the different medias individually where ones experience is the strongest. LEAD GENERATOR (LG) Lead Generators’ job is the easiest and yet, somewhat more profitable since main focus is on generating lead prospects for the franchise. LG’s are required to work on the different advertising medias around the internet with focus on acquiring potential franchisees/lease unit owners. LG’s have no obligation with the potential franchisee that he/she refers. These referrals are passed on to the Franchise Department where the candidate will be taken care of. LG’s are also required to work closely with Mr. Stephen Banks or one of the Franchise Adviser Managers to learn the different techniques in posting ads for the franchise and gain the needed experience and become independent. LG’s earn 20% from payment made by the lease unit owner to Qyao .My Parting Words Referring is the main part here at Qyao. Referring active members and creating a team of Franchisees, Franchise Advisers, Membership Managers, Ad Poster Managers, Lead Generators, etc. Just imagine how your income will explode. Working at Qyao, as I said earlier, requires work, dedication and patience. It all starts with you and the effort that you put into it. It’s like having a regular 9-5 job where you work hard expecting to earn some. The difference is that at Qyao, you work hard, let’s say, 2-3 months, follow all the instructions given to you, and when results start coming in, your work will gradually decrease and your earnings increase. WHEN CAN A SIN BECOMES SIN?
Looks like a silly question isn't it? But let us first examine the meaning of "sin" although we could straightaway know what it means, but accordingly, a sin is "An estrangement from god; An act that is regarded by theologians as a transgression of God's will; Commit a faux pas or fault." Let us examine also some synonyms of sin: "Blunder, Boob, Goof, Hell, Sine, Transgress, Trespass, Wickedness and etc." Literally sin is the "violation" of a law or a duty or moral principle, it is also the action of going beyond or overstepping some boundary or limit. On a certain road way, when a pedestrian crosses the street, he must cross using the pedestrian lane other wise, he will be committing a violation of jaywalk, therefore it is a sin. In a hospital, when a doctor forgets that he left a scalpel inside the body of the patient after he performed surgery and eventually the patient died, he was neglecting his duty, therefore it is a sin. A salesman downgrading the product of his competitor as againt his product, he is defying the moral principle of the conduct of ethics, therefore it is a sin. When a country tries to invade another country, it is therefore commtting a sin of transgression. And then God said, "Thou shall not kill", yet Cain killed his own brother Abel out of envy, he therefore committed a sin. Will it be a sin then, had the government did not set an ordinance about crossing the street and specifying where to cross on the street? Will it not be a sin then had God did not include in His Commandments about not to kill? What do you think, "yes", "no" or "maybe"? So when can a sin becomes a sin? When you put it into or create a Law, only then shall it becomes a sin. "The knowledge of Law is the Knowledge of Sin" (Ro 3:20). Not necessarily someone with the highest authority can create a law, say for instance, a father says to his children, "don't go to sleep without putting off the lights in your room", yet his children forgot to put off the lights when they get to sleep, then the children commits a sin for disobedience. Is it a sin when we leave the lights on when we go to sleep? of course not, but if a law is created as did the father to his children, then it becomes a sin.

I welcome every opportunity that passes me, leaving no stone unturned, a very friendly guy and a funny man too! And I am hoping to have many friends not just here in Yuwie but to the whole world as well. For me, friends comes first before biz, as the saying goes "Find a real friend and you'll find treasure", so if you've got friends, you've got business lol.

I have been lucky being surrounded by excellent people, friends who joined my friends circle not for a REASON, or a SEASON, but for LIFETIME. We live in a small world where people communicate for different reasons, to make friends, to give and get help, support, and advice and to promote their opportunities.

I am NOT earning money at internet but I am trying to join something good, something human where people like to be and earn money honestly. From my mother I learned since little boy one thing "NOTHING IS GIVEN FOR FREE". My motto is “Failures are comrade in arms forcing you to become better." I have had my share of successes and my share of failures and nothing is so sweet in achieving something out from your failures.

I joined Yuwie to make friends, to learn, to share their experience, and give if I have something to give them. Yuwie came into my life last year and I have found so many friends to look forward to, friends who had unselfish heart, a ready hand in times when you need them, some gave me inspirations, for how can I ever forget those cheer up words coming from them in one of my darkest hours like "hey stand up, there is so much more in life to live for than wasting your time sitting out there crying!"

A Gemini I am in mind and behaviour. Everything is set up after a plan and I always try reaching my goals. I am the youngest of three children. My sources of income comes from by being a license Real Estate Broker, got two kids, the eldest is now a Pharmacist while the youngest is still in college who took up Fine Arts course major in Advertising and is now in his junior year, my better half is a Registered Midwife by profession.

Cebu is located in the heart of the Philippines, totally surrounded by much larger islands. This means that most typhoons never reach Cebu, and the rare storms that do are already much-weakened.
The danger from tsunamis is effectively zero; there is no known seismic fault in this area, and any long-range tsunami would be blocked by other islands.

The Pacific monsoon drops most of its moisture on other islands prior to reaching Cebu. Thus, there is no pronounced rainy season and the weather here is clement year-round. Although it can rain at any time of year, most rains are brief and quickly followed by brilliant sunshine. (Before being tempted by the "low season" rates offered elsewhere, better ask why there's a low season. Cebu doesn't have one.)
The entire island of Cebu is an ancient coral outcropping (not of volcanic origin like Hawaii, nor near a continental shelf like Bali or Phuket). There are no volcanoes, and the area does not experience any appreciable earthquake activity.

Mactan is a classic desert island; there are no swamps or wetlands which could harbor crocodiles or venomous snakes. The island is virtually flat and not very large, so floods and mudslides are geologically improbable.

HISTORY

Cebu and Mactan are rich in historical significance. From around 800 AD Cebu harbor was already an important trading port for Chinese, Islamic, and Malayan goods. In 1521, Ferdinand Magellan discovered the Philippines and eventually found his way to Mactan. Due to a dispute of uncertain nature, the Spaniards incurred the ire of local chieftain Lapu-lapu, who killed Magellan in The Battle of Mactan - arguably the first case of an Asian fighting European invader. Thus, although the Magellan Expedition is credited with the first circumnavigation of the globe, Magellan the man died and remained in Mactan. (It is said in some chronicles that Magellan's expedition included a Cebuano-speaking crewman, who must have earlier wandered across Asia, the Near East, and the Mediterranean before joining the expedition in Spain. When the expedition reached Cebu, this crewman - a Cebuano - became the first person to actually complete a tour of the world.)

During the early part of the Spanish era, Cebu was the effective capital of the country, which in turn was a province of Mexico. (The capital was later moved to Manila, which was more easily defensible against sea attack.) It continued to prosper as a trading port. And to this day, Cebu is the most ethnically diverse area in the country, with large Chinese, Spanish, and Malayan population (not to mention more recent German and American arrivals).
Cebu is today regarded as the most dynamic metro area in the country, with growth rates generally twice as high as the national average. It is home to a surprising range of industries, including semiconductors, shipping, education, watch making, food-processing, high-end furniture, and of course tourism. (A bit of trivia: Almost all the Timex watches sold anywhere in the world is made in Cebu.)

LIVING IN CEBU

The quality of life is an important factor people consider when they decide to settle in Cebu.
