No plastic containers in microwave
No water bottles in freezer.
No plastic wrap in microwave.
A dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at CastleHospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.
He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
He said that we should not be heating our food in the
microwave using plastic containers...
This especially applies to foods that contain fat.
He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin
into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body...
Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food... You get the same results, only without the dioxin .
So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc.,
should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper.
It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.
He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons...
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.
Cover food with a paper towel instead.

This is how Sheryl Crow got breast cancer. She was on the Ellen show and said this same exact thing.
This has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels in breast cancer, especially in Australia.
The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer.
So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car, and, pass this on to all the women
in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us! The heat causes
toxins from the plastic to leak into the water and they have found these toxins inbreast tissue.
Use a stainless steel Canteen or a glass bottle when you can!

| How to add a scroll to your comment section | I have been asked by many on how to put the comment section as a scroll. well it is really very simple.
You have to have a layout you created yourself to edit.
Go to your advanced layout editor:
Advanced Editor
If you already have layout code you want to use, or you're comfortable editing style sheets this is what you want to use.
Click on edit on which layout you prefer.
At the top of the style sheet there will a <style>
click behind the <style>...... hit enter a couple times..
copy and paste this code in the area.....

| What counts as page views. | Profile views are for informational purposes only. They just let you know

The following does not count as a page view:
- Refreshing/reloading a page
- Any page that's viewed within 3 seconds of the last page doesn't count( make sure you stay the 3 seconds!!)
- Any view from a 'guest' or non logged in visitor.

There is a very high price for driving the roads... They pay for the bridges and they pay for the tolls... But the highest price a Trucker pays is not the money to repave... He gives his life for being gone... And the price is leaving his family at home.
The wife of a truck driver is a hard thing to be..You watch for him to pull in everyday..The load must arrive on time.. no matter what..no eating or sleeping... he gives it all hes got.
I close my eyes at night and picture his face, wishing he was here for me to embrace,
Sometimes late at night, I lay in our bed wondering what hes thinking .... wondering if hes dreaming of me the same way i am dreaming of him,
People often ask me.....How do you get thru?..... You live your life alone.
That is where they are wrong, I don’t live my life alone,I have 4 great kids and grandchildren that make everything ok when hes not at home.
I cherish every weekend when he is home... wishing he didn't have to leave again.........

| Mosquito Spray...Worth a try | I was at a deck party awhile back, and the bugs were having a ball biting
everyone. A man at the party sprayed the lawn and deck floor with Listerine, and
the little demons disappeared. The next year I filled a 4-ounce spray bottle and
used it around my seat whenever I saw mosquitoes. And voila! That worked as
well. It worked at a picnic where we sprayed the area around the food table, the
children's swing area, and the standing water nearby. During the summer, I don't
leave home without it.....Pass it on.

| PROPANE TANK ALERT !! | With the summer months coming
I'm sure most people
will be firing up the grill. Please
provide widest dissemination to you
unit personnel.
Meth cooks are
getting the propane tanks from the exchanges at Wal-Mart,
Kroger, etc. and
emptying them of the propane. Then, they are filling
them with anhydrous
ammonia (which they now have a recipe for by the
way).
After they are
finished with them, they return them to the store.
They are then refilled
with propane and sent back for you and me to buy.
Anhydrous ammonia is very
corrosive and weakens the structure of the
tank. It can be very dangerous
when mixed with propane and hooked up to
our grills, etc.
You should
inspect the propane tank for any blue or greenish residue
around the valve
areas. If it is present,
refuse to purchase that one.'
